Individual Dental Implants

A dental implant made of titanium replaces the root of a missing tooth. A porcelain crown is attached to the implant with the use of an abutment. Dental implants can be used to replace a single missing tooth or multiple. These implants look, feel, and function in the same way as a natural tooth. Implantation of the titanium post into the bone helps to deter bone loss.

Implant-Supported Bridge
If you are missing several teeth, implant-supported bridges can replace them. A porcelain bridge will be attached to 2 dental implants, replacing your missing teeth along with the roots. This bridge will look and function like your natural teeth. Dental implants will replace both your lost natural teeth and the roots. Implant-supported bridges place no strain or pressure on adjacent natural teeth. This is an advantage over other treatments, such as fixed bridges or removable partial dentures, which are dependent on support from adjacent teeth. Dental implants integrate with your jawbone, helping to keep the bone healthy and intact.

Implant-Supported Dentures

Removable Implant-Supported Dentures can be removed, but are far more secure than traditional dentures. Removable supported dentures can be secured with as few as four dental implants.

Alternatively, Fixed Implant-Supported Dentures (All-on-Four) permanently replace a full set of teeth and are permanently fixed. Your dentures will be attached to 4-6 implants, they will never become loose or slip.
